Private Resort (name unknown)

(1940 - 1944) Ivar & Mildred Ingebretsen. Based on 1940 United States Census, Ivar is listed as a Private Resort Owner. The other property in the area they owned was a home, so we're assuming this is when the resort began. Ivar was also a Douglas County Supervisor.
